A great stay. 7 of us of all ages enjoyed this perfect holiday home. Clean, cosy and ideal.
Walks,Pubs and a lovely area to enjoy with both young children and those a little older!! Our stay there coming from Australia made this a perfect way to see England. Thank you.

Thanks. You were a delightful family. I really admired the way you made the very best of the garden and the local environment. Your children were so enthused by nature and it was great to see them making daisy chains, dens and dipping in the pond! Also all the generations of your family got on so well together. That isn't always the case!!

“Great facilities and excellent value”
Reviewed 2 January 2013 for a stay in December 2012

We've just enjoyed a very pleasurable New Year at The Hamlet. Geoff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating and despite the desperate weather did everything possible to make our trip possible and very enjoyable. The cottage slept six of us and a very content Labrador very comfortably and the lounge and dining room is ideal for group meals and cosy nights around the great open fire. There is loads to do locally and this is an ideal base to explore from, thoroughly recommended and excellent value for money.

“excellent stay”
Reviewed 19 July 2011 for a stay in July 2011

We have just come back from a lovely stay in this cottage. We have really enjoyed it and would recommend it without hesitation. The house has everything to make you feel at home; we didn't miss anything. The kitchen has plenty of everything and the space in the dining room is OK for seven people. We were two families (4 adults & 3 kids). The garden is perfect to enjoy the nice weather. The neighbourhood is really quiet; there's a nice walk behind the house to the river, which you can follow to the nearest villages so if you want to relax and disconnect, this cottage is great!!!! But it is really close to Stratford, Warwick, Leamington Spa, EveshaM if you want to tour around. The cottage is also ideally located to tour the Cotswolds.
I wouldn't hesitate to go backto this cottage or recommend it to friends.

Thanks. Glad you all took advantage of what the local area and the cottage has to offer. I went on a miserable wet camp to the Lizard last week and did work out that it would have been more expensive than staying at my cottage if 7 people had stayed!
