“A good variety of things to do.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 February 2012

The market on the Newcastle side was interesting to walk through.

The Baltic and Sage are side by side. The millenium bridge was wobbly. The street buskers were eccentric. The view of the Tyne bridge was wonderful!

A great afternoon. Have tea or a snack in the Sage Centre. Very good value.

“Lively and cosmopolitan”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 February 2012

There is something for everyone on the Quayside in Newcastle, lively bars and restaurants to cater all tastes and budgets; the sunday market where you can grab a bargain; stroll across the millennium bridge to take a look at the Baltic Museum which is free or enjoy a coffee in the SAGE. As well as the regular Evolution music festival which this year includes Rizzle Kicks, Noah and the Whale, Deadmau5 and Devlin

Bars, Restaurants, Museums, Arcitecture or just a walk along the river to get a break from town. Whatever you fancy the Quayside has it all, well worth a visit.
