This was a gift for my 12 year old son and we all went to watch. It was brilliant, so realistic and fun. He would love to go back and fly from different airports- what a great idea. Thank you to the young man who instructed, he was great

Had a first-time visit today for a surprise birthday present and had an amazing time.

From entering the reception, with departure board with my details on it (nice touch) the welcome from Jarvis, who is a star, the whole package is first class.

I wasn’t too sure what to expect in the simulator, but it is literally like sitting in a real Boeing 747 cockpit.

From the outset Jarvis puts you at ease and explains everything in great detail, trust me there’s a lot to take in!

Then the fun begins, the taxi to the runway at Newcastle, take-off, a fly over the city, over South Shields and back to land.

Time wasn’t a problem either as Jarvis then offered another flight of my choice, which I opted for Madeira. A great flight over the island, past Funchal and a not-so perfect landing.

Another great touch is you can take a friend or family member in with you who can sit and watch on a sofa behind you.

All in all, an outstanding experience that I’d recommend to anyone.

I had the 1 hour Airbus A320 flight experience today and was a simulated flight from Edinburgh to Belfast Int. This included everything from engine startup, taxi, and the full flight. The instructor was excellent and explained everything clearly, meaning I could fly the whole flight and handle some of the other key controls on the flight deck.

The whole experience is excellent, and the quality of the flight deck is amazing. It provides a great feeling of immersion, and your brain does the rest :-)

I would highly recommend.
