What a place! This is the third time I have visited here and it’s now top of my list for breakfast spots. The cafe is in the middle of a student area with parking in the surrounding streets, inside is all open and light. There’s only around 10 tables so I would suggest booking but I have turned up before without a reservation and been seated at the breakfast bar. The menu is fast and caters for all types of foodies from vegans to gluten free. I’ve had the pancakes which was absolutely delicious (half a stack is more than enough), 3 cheese sand which on sourdough which was amazing and just this week had the eggs royal which I highly recommend. The coffees are freshly made and taste amazing. All out a lush cafe and one of my faves.

A friend stayed over so we needed somewhere for brunch on a Sunday. My wife suggested here as she'd heard good things... a bit of a risk but we were absolutely not disappointed. It's in a bit of an odd setting but the place itself is cosy-ish and friendly and the food was great... tasty and good value.

Service was mixed but not bad, varying from okay to almost-too-fast! :)

DEFINITELY be back!

Great Eggs Benedict on ham hock - been looking for somewhere that did this well for years. Will be back for the Eggs Royale (which seemed to go down well on the next table to ours), Eggs Florentine and Ox cheek Benedict. Friendly, stylish cafe with good vibe and nice cross section of old and young clientele. Menu indicates that vegetarians and vegans and those with gluten intolerance are all catered for.

So pleased I visited here for breakfast with my partner this morning. Agree with a previous reviewer that this place has a great vibe. Plays good music and the staff were lovely. My partner went for the full English and I took the waitresses recommendation and ordered the flatbread with haloumi, chorizo sausage, fried egg and sciracha sauce. So pleased I did as it was absolutely delicious! This place does breakfast with a twist/kick! Arrive early as it’s cosy and to no surprise gets really busy! Will definitely be back to try the rest of the great menu. Thank you!

Lovely little independent cafe with good vibes. Staff are friendly and approachable. Great breakfast, light fluffy pancakes to die for and tasty hot coffee. So happy that we’ve discovered this place. New favourite hang-out!!
