Great place for a nice wander with the dog. It always has something to see, birds, squirrels and other dogs to say hello to.

A park with facilities for families. A well restored and maintained Victorian park with lakeside walk and lovely formal gardens, and tearoom to enjoy a cuppa and a rest! Well worth a visit .

Great place for adults and children alike lovely playground for kids ... needs updating a bit but still good. Lovely leisurely walk around the park for adults with gorgeous flower beds in the spring and summer months. Decently priced cafe with a good choice of food. In addition there is an outdoor bowls area which tends to attract mainly elderly adults but I guess anyone would be welcome. The tennis court are hard court but seem fairly popular all in all a good morning or afternoon can easily be spent there with little expense
