A beautiful house located very close to the centre of Bath.
Rooms are all spacious, comfortable, with high quality linen. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, but can't fault the quality.
A very well equipped kitchen, and a fridge big enough to accommodate the food and drink of 14 people!
Towels were lovely, nice soap and shower products were there for us all - a lovely touch.
Genuinely one of the nicest buildings I've ever stayed in, well maintained, and quiet despite being on a very busy road. Interesting local shops, not a bad pub just down the road and we had a takeaway and a Tesco delivery with no issues.
Can't fault it.

A wonderful location, with all that Bath and the surrounding hills can offer to walkers, sightseers and shoppers alike (we did all three). The house is really nice, with very comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms/toilets. It was spotlessly clean. Nice little patio garden to sit in. So many stairs! so not good for those with any mobility problems (though there is a bedroom on the ground floor so that helps) and good for a bit of exercise and great views from upstairs rooms! Lovely kitchen and dining area, two dishwashers and really nice touches like toiletries, fluffy towels, bread and milk, tea and coffee etc., really makes a difference. We hope to return!
What a fantastic time we all had....such a lovely house and very well equipped. Decor and furnishings excellent and plenty of room for all!
Sam greeted us on arrival and offered to help with anything we needed...but also helpful when emailed before we arrived. Highly recommend a stay here....would love to go back and repeat the whole weekend again!
I booked Rennie House for my sister's Hen Weekend in Bath and was not disappointed; the house was absolutely perfect! The decor is lovely, all rooms are really well maintained meaning everyone was happy with their bedrooms, with easy access to bathrooms.
We cooked a few times on the weekend and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, utensils and, more importantly, glasses (champagne AND wine). The two dishwashers made tidying up really easy.
This house is ideal for a hen party with the right amount of communal areas, comfortable bedrooms and parking for up to 5 cars (be aware, there roads you have to park on are very steep!). Rachel, the owner was really accommodating, letting me arrive early to receive the online shopping order and prepare the house for the rest of the party.
By the end of the weekend many of the hens were planning a return to Bath, just so they could stay in the house again!

We spent the first weekend in June at the house. Sam greeted us and showed us round, he even helped us with our bags - what a gent! The house was great and suited all our needs, the big dining room and living worked perfectly for our group. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms lovely. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely go back.
