We stayed here during winter for 3 nights but we wished it was for much longer! Firstly, Bath is an amazing city and we loved everything about, this accomodation especially.

Diane and Glyn are so friendly and always helped us out with offering to drive us into town, having our laundry done, recommending places to visit and always had the time to chat with us. On top of this, their breakfast was amazing, as was the sun room looking onto the hobbit-hole where we ate it (it's as amazing as it sounds).

The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also amazingly presented with quirky and stylish decor, and the amenities and storage were first rate! Had Bath not been the amazing city that we experienced, with so many things to do, the house would have made up for it entirely! There were even DVD's and books to read if we'd wanted to.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Hawkins of Bath. I will go back to Bath, and I will definitely go back to Hawkins!

A delightful small boutique guest house where we were made most welcome by the owners. They could not have been more helpful throughout. Lovely rooms each individually decorated and a home cooked breakfast.

Difficult to add to the previous excellent reviews, except to say that they are completely accurate! Couldn't fault the accommodation for comfort and cleanliness, breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. Best of all were the delightful hosts Diane and Glyn who obviously take great pleasure in welcoming guests into their home and city. Glyn went the extra mile on our arrival when he insisted on driving us the short trip into town and passed on some excellent advice on where to go and what to see. Highly recommended.

A wonderful Victorian house recently renovated and refurbished with large well appointed bed rooms and bathrooms in a nice location. Good communal lounge. Your hosts Glyn and Diane are very helpful and go the extra mile to be of service. A quality and generous breakfast is served in a lovely sun room.

Hard to get better

We made a relatively last minute booking at Hawkins of Bath for one night. The owners were very friendly and greeted us as we checked in. They were very accommodating and assisted us with the luggage and transportation into town.

The accommodations were very comfortable - large room and large bath. Breakfast was made to order and very tasty. The owners were extremely friendly and courteous. They treated us like family and assisted us with our travels.

We tried to add a few nights on but were unable to. The bed and breakfast was full on the dates we tried to add and rightly so. It is an excellent establishment. We will definitely make this a priority stay on our next trip.
