If you are in Bath, and have an interest in the history of the city, do not miss this. Great way to see the most famous sites accompanied by a very knowledgeable guide. It really is free, but worth a whole lot more. Our guide was Pete who gave it his all even though we all got pretty wet. It enables you to get your bearings and return for another look at the sites...some of which you will need to pay for. All in all an excellent 2 1/2 hours.

We have done the walking tour twice in the last two years and both times were wonderful. This tour was lead by Jack Smith who was a superb story teller. His knowledge was second to none, but the way he conveyed the information and interacted with the multicultural group was brilliant. He brought the city to life and we could have spent all day listening to him. To anyone visiting Bath, please do yourself a great favour and do a walking tour. Simply the best...

We took a free walking tour of Bath with our amazing and informative guide, Jack Smith. Jack had a wealth of knowledge about Bath and sprinkled his talk with humor. He gave us a great overview for the city. It was two hours well spent.

I took this free walking tour on my first afternoon in Bath. It was a great way to visit the highlights of the city and start to appreciate them for the history that they have behind.
My guide was Alan, and he was really clear and thorough with his explanations.
I totally recommend starting your visit to Bath doing this. They start at a really central location, and as it's free as in "free beer", you don't even need to book or have tickets. You just show up in the mornings or afternoons in the scheduled time and that's it. Very convenient.

Thank Nicolás C
