We (2 couples) stayed for 3 nights in apartment 9 which had 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large dining/living area, and compact but open-plan kitchen (with a clothes washer/dryer).
The property is incredibly central - about 6 minutes walk from the train station, and plenty of tea rooms and restaurants within a few minutes' walk.
Be aware that apartment 9 is a lowerground unit so you have to go down steps to access it, there is no view, it can be rather dark inside if you don't turn on the lights during the day time, and there is some foot traffic at certain times near the upper parts of the windows in the living area (we had the blinds drawn most of the time for added privacy). That being said, we really didn't mind as the apartment is clean, modern, comfortable, and well-appointed, and we were out and about enjoying what the lovely city had to offer!
The rooms were nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, appliances and utensils were all provided - a loaf of bread was also thoughtfully in the kitchen along with some jams. A compendium of local eateries including ratings by staff was a nice touch to have in the living area.
There was a small issue with providing proof of payment but that was eventually sorted out by the friendly receptionist.
We would definitely stay here again.More
