We fancied a curry whilst staying in Bath, and didn't want to drive, so searched tripadvisor for somewhere within walking distance that had positive reviews.

We weren't disappointed. It was early on a Sunday evening and the place was extremely busy, both with seated diners and take-away business. OK, the area is predominantly student accomodation, and decor is eclectic, but the welcome was warm and the service friendly - everyone is greeted with a handshake, the same on the way out! Our food was simple and tasty, and we had a complimentary dish thrown in, which was a nice surprise.

Take your own beer or wine and they'll provide glasses and don't charge corkage, and they don't baulk if you ask for just water!

All in all I wish we had a place like this near our house!

Absolutely love this place, the food is fantastic and the service is exceptional! We had to wait 20 minutes (it was a Saturday evening) but they put our bottle of wine (it's a bring your own bottle restaurant) in the fridge while we popped over the road for a drink while waited for our table, now that's what I call service!!!!

Was in Bath and tried to get into 'The Rustico' which sadly was closed, the Lime Lounge was full so fancying that good old fall-back we fancied a curry. TA reviews of this place looked good so we hopped in the car and drove over.

What we got when we got there was great food (nothing 'amazing' or out of the ordinary on the menu, just good well cooked and flavoursome Indian food) and genuinely friendly, attentive superb service.

I must also mention the prices which are outstanding value.
