Stayed for one night whilst visiting family. We had the top floor, 2 bedrooms & shared bathroom & couldn't have wished for more! Rooms were great size, immaculately clean as was the bathroom. We had an amazing breakfast, plenty of choice. Thanks so much, Debra was the perfect host!

The Coniston Guest House is definitely worth a visit.

Debbie and Gavin Oliver are awesome hosts and make you feel really welcome, it is just like home from home, The rooms are immaculate, comfortable and well presented, the cooked breakfast is first class, and Debbie does go the extra mile to ensure her guests are catered for. Parking on street or their own car park. Will definitely be going back sometime for a second visit. Excellent value for money

Room Tip: Great views and you dont hear the traffic, easy to get to Sheffield on the Tram

Stayed 4 nights whilst on walking trip (great location for walking the Loxley Valley). Room was clean and comfortable with great elevated views from bay window. Deborah is very friendly and helpful. All you could want for in a B&B!

I have just visited Coniston Guest house again. I am very happy to say the standards are very high ! I returned to this place because of the friendly interaction with the owner Debbie Oliver and the superbly presented accommodation. Great communication with the owner, immaculate rooms and a full English breakfast fit for a king. Debbie does go the extra mile to ensure her guests are catered for. Access from central Sheffield is via the Supertram network. Take a Blue line (Malin Bridge) tram from either Sheffield train station or any of the stops after in the city center. Journey time is approx 20 mins. The guest house is a 5 min walk from either Hillsborough stop ( You can also get a yellow line (Middlewood) tram to this station) or from Malin Bridge terminus of the blue line. Forget the hustle and bustle of city centre hotels, Coniston house has it all. Peace and quiet, free wifi, free parking for guests, frequent accessable public transport in to the city centre.

Room Tip: Room 4 for the solo traveler, its compact and is on suite.
