We often find it difficult to find a 'proper' Italian restaurant so we were pleasantly surprised to find this one tucked away at the back of Oxford's bus-station; once inside however you are transported to the Mediterranean! We were made to feel welcome and given plenty of time to peruse the menu. I chose one of the blackboard specials, a seafood ravioli, which was new to me, and my partner had his favourite veal milanese. We both enjoyed our choices very much. My Cassata dessert was delicious and my partner's request for advice on the best way to prepare Irish coffee was kindly demonstrated by our host! Altogether a lovely experience and worth a return visit to Oxford.
