Leigh was a fantastic guide, extremely knowledgeable and professional. She made many suggestions to explore historical sites further , after our tours. She also suggested dining/cafes etc.

There is no shortage of tour operators offering all sorts of tours in Oxford, and for a range of prices. The 2 hour university tour we took is designed to give an understanding of how the university operates, and Sarah, our guide was very ell equipped to do just that. Entry to colleges varies, but on our day we had Exeter.

Jessica provided great help with a variety of questions. She took as much time with my wife as was needed. This is THE tourist office in Oxford, as the municipality no longer provides their own.

We had such a great time in a city which is so full of history. We booked a walking tour and our guide was Jake.
He made everything so very interesting with lots of anecdotes, having been a student himself made the university visit very entertaining he was great. Would highly recommend we also did the city bus tour which was also very worthwhile.

This place is really great if you need information about Oxford. You can drop your bags for £6 each for the whole day (24 hours). There are souvenirs about Harry Potter and Mystery shows

Staff member went to great lengths to answer my questions including doing some online research for information I requested. Price of luggage storage seemed a bit high.

Went in to book the Walking tour of the University, and offered 10% discount on all purchases within the store. If you are looking for a small souvenir for your memorable visit, buy it from here. We bought a couple of key rings for £2.99 less 10% each. The exact same ones were on sale in souvenir shops on the same street for £3.99
