The White Cottage location was perfect for our short stay. In the peace of the country yet near market towns and more sights than we could possibly have visited. Near enough Oxford for an easy day trip. We left the cottage for Heathrow knowing that it would be a straightforward, low stress route. Charlotte was a caring owner but gave us plenty of private space - the best combination in a holiday host.
My mum, sister and I stayed in this lovely cottage for the second time in 6 months. It's so restful and comfortable. The cottage is very well equipped, clean, well maintained and furnished to a high standard. Steve and Charlotte are so welcoming and always on hand should you need anything. Visiting Burford and Bibury are a must. We hope to return again soon.
We stayed at the little white cottage for my husbands birthday, as soon as we walked through the door we loved it! Charlotte the owner had put up a happy birthday banner which was a sweet touch. Charlotte made us feel very welcome and advised us on where to go for good food. We went to the Wychwood Inn at Shipton under Wychwood which was only a couple of miles up the road. We couldn't speak highly enough of the food quality, we had a lovely time. The cottage is so lovely and peaceful, all you heard was the birds, bliss! Any one looking for a great place to stay, look no futher you will love it..Cosy,warm and beautiful..........

The Cottage is at the end of a drive way and feels private and peaceful. The interior is beautifully decorated with lovely attention to detail. It's clean and tidy and has a lovely wood fire. The cottage has everything you could need (dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils). The tennis court next to the cottage would have been ideal if we weren't so lazy. The master bedroom has the biggest bed I've ever seen and it'd so comfortable and the bathroom is spotless. Charlotte was the perfect host, she popped in briefly to welcome us and asked if we had any questions but all the information you could want is in a folder in the living room. Potential activities and places to visit were all listed in the folder. There's a great wildlife park nearby (zebras, rhinos etc) and a garden centre down the road that sells amazing scones. All information about the cottage (wifi etc.) is also listed in the folder.
We had such a relaxing stay. It was lovely to stay in such an old, beautiful looking cottage from the outside but find it completely spotless and modern on the inside. We definitely want to visit again. Also the perfect location as all the attractions we visited were 20 minutes away. Would recommend visiting Bourton on the Water. There's a co-op a few minutes away from the cottage also.

For us this was a perfect holiday cottage in a perfect location and perfect for relaxing and getting out and about around the Cotswolds
Charlotte and Steve have paid great attention to detail in creating a most beautiful cottage for people to stay. It is everything you could wish for and more, is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. There is also lots of very good information about the local area and things to do.
We would like to thank Charlotte and Steve for being so helpful and accommodating with our booking.
We will most definitely book again in the future for a longer stay and look forward to returning.
