I've dined at this restaurant a few times, with my boyfriend and with my mum. It's got a lovely interior and is always busy but I've always received a pleasant experience with attentive staff and lovely food. I've tried the steak and the Sunday lunch, both of which were lovely. If you eat from the prix fix menu the food is very reasonably priced and of a good standard. I probably wouldn't dine off the later menu as the food seems a bit more costly. The desserts are massive from here, my boyfriend tried the brownie which was amazing and I tried a creme brûlée which was lovely but so big I couldn't finish it! It is also a nice touch to serve bread and butter before the start of the meal. My only criticism would be that the drinks choice is a bit small, if you like wine then it's probably good enough but as a cocktail lover I cannot say there's that much on offer. Despite this, you can't go wrong with a reasonably priced good quality meal from here and when you download the Pierre Bistrot app you can gain points after every visit and with one visit I managed to gain enough points for a main course from the prix fix menu, which is great when you're a student! I would definitely return and keep building up my points.
