How much you like this place will depend on your expectations and your budget. It’s a version of Americana that owes more to San Francisco or Seattle geeks than MacBudlite.
It will please hipster beer nerds and craft beer geeks with a huge range of often obscure beers. Be aware the prices are for 2/3 of a pint.
For me the real find was the food. The menu reads like any US themed restaurant with a few surprise items. When they arrive the portions are small but exceptionally good. I tried blue tacos, a hot dog, corn fritters and aloo tikki patties all excellent.
Tucked away in a slightly hard to find courtyard in the city centre but well worth seeking out.
