Love this restaurant. Recommend the haggis spring rolls and prawn curry- but everything is delicious. Great variety of choice on the breakfast menu too and the atmosphere both day and night is very welcoming.

We have eaten at Loch Fyne on a few occasions and it never fails to offer great seafood in a fresh, comfortable environment. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the food is always delightful and good value.

We were there for a friend’s birthday lunch, lots of oysters and lobster YUM!

The chap who was serving our table, Danny (hope it’s not a Danny with an I) was brilliant. He was attentive to the table’s needs but not in your face. He was conversational but not overly friendly. Although we instantly connected as he’d spotted my Dr. Who T-Shirt which spawned a quick chat about our love of the series.

The only down thing about our meal was that our 1st and 2nd choices of wine were not available. This is the second time this has happened to us. I appreciate there is a limited amount of space for stock. We’d timed our meal for the mid-w eek fish delivery, surely there could be a wine delivery at the same time.

That said it was a lovely meal and appreciated the service.

Food was lovely, service was pleasant and in good time. Only slight complaints, chips were of the frozen variety and toilets were freezing
