“Best Location, upmarket, great value, ideal base to explore from, safe and secure.”
Reviewed 4 June 2011 for a stay in January 2011

The Minster and central York are literally only a few minutes walk away; Sainsburys right next door; Avis within a stone's throw. Flat is on the top Storey so there is no road noise, upmarket two bedrooms two bathrooms separate lounge and dining/kitchen. Set back from roads at the end of small cul-de-sac so access to main arterials is easy plus secure safe parking. This place has it all. Sandra is a good communicator and has decorated the flat beautifully... all very good quality. Lift was broken when we stayed but we are able bodied and the stairs weren't a problem for us, however a visiting friend had a bad leg and so we took him to Betty's which was even better!
