“Cosy apartment in a great location.”

This was our first time booking a holiday let, and we are very happy that we booked this apartment! We received a quick response from the owner, regarding the availability of the apartment and how to book. The information we were given by the owner, prior to arriving was very helpful - especially as we had little knowledge of the area. We received details of how to get there, local shops and directions into town etc.

The town is a 10 minute walk from the apartment at most, with great views over the river. Inside there is a well equiped kitchen, and all the usual home comforts (although no tv in bedroom). The decor was cheerful, but a bit tired in places. Despite this, we found it a lovely place to stay and a great base from which to explore York.

There was a £100 security deposit, which was returned to us propmtly, within a week or so of us returning home.

All in all, well worth the money - and we would recommend it.
