“Well renovated”
Reviewed 25 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

We were traveling with our two kids aged 6 and 2 and parents all aged 60+.

The flat is exactly as described by Dejan. It had adequate supplies of linen and duvets etc.

Flat is close to Kennington and Oval undergrounds but we didn't use them since we were traveling with aged parents and so preferred the cab. It cost around 9-10 GBP to reach Westminster bridge so I would say it is reasonably close.

Building itself was a little run down but the flat was very plush and renovated well. Kitchen supplies could have been a little better - we couldn't find hand wash in either the bathroom or the kitchen so we used the bath gel instead. Also the kitchen didn't get hot water which was a big disappointment when we had to do dishes.

Unlike our Paris experience, the washer was a washer-dryer which was a big help!! In Paris, we were forced to dry clothes separately by taking them to a laundromat.

The welcome kit was good, with milk, eggs and bread supplied adequately, this really helped.

For some reason the flat was very hot at all times. We weren't able to figure out how to control it. But the weather was cold outside and we are South Indians, so we didn't complain much.

The view from the windows was splendid, all of the London skyline in one shot. Nice, especially at night. TV also had a good choice of kids channels and Bollywood music, both of which we appreciated.

All in all, great choice if you are looking at traveling with extended family.

“Excellent stay with Dejan”

I booked this place for my mother, uncle, his daughter and son-in-law. They stayed for 4 nights and found this flat a home away from home. The view from the flat is beautiful, especially in the evening. The size of the flat is very comfortable for 4 adults, they all have their own room, kitchen is well equipped, separate toilet is very convenient. Dejan left food in the fridge that made their arrival day much easier. Location of this flat is close to Oval underground station and bus links are good. Communication with Dejan was easy and smooth throughout, he adjusted check in and check out time more suitable for us. Deposit was refunded 30 minutes after our check-out time. The only thing could be improved is the balcony door in the kitchen cannot be opened, it is such a shame that it has the best view to central London, my uncle is a photographer and it was a pity that he couldn't access that balcony to take photos. I will definitely recommend this property and landlord to everyone who is looking for home style stay during visit.

Our stay in this property was great. The location of the apartment is only 30 minutes walking to the London Eye. It is surrounded by very nice parks and good local amenities and the views from the flat are amazing. Dejan made sure that we had a nice stay since the begining and was very kind and helpful with any issues.
Should we return we will definately contact Dejan.

“perfect home away from hme”
Reviewed 22 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Our family of 6 (grandmother, couple, 3 children ages 11-16) stayed in this apartment as our London base for an 8 day visit in June to the city and surrounding areas. We did not rent a car but took public transportation and trains everywhere, and we found this flat to be a perfect home away from home.
As stated by other reviewers, it is conveniently located near 2 tube stops, Kennington and Oval. Serviced by the Northern Line (amongst others) these provided quick access to all parts of the city within minutes. Though the outside of the building and area are a bit run down, the area felt safe. It was pleasant that when the windows were open children could be heard laughing and playing outside and in the mornings seen scurrying in their uniforms to school.
The location on the 13th floor provided phenomenal views of the city that one could not have gotten in a ground level apartment or hotel. The flat's generous windows also maximized the sunlight, giving it a constant bright and cheery feel.
Decor was at the same time attractive and efficient. Not depicted in the photographs are wardrobes in each room including full length mirrors and plenty of cubbies and hanging space for all clothes and accessories to be unpacked and easily seen/accessed. They were also generously stocked with towels and extra covers and pillows for all. Welcoming details such as slippers, fresh flowers, and starter pack of food in the fridge were consistent with host Dejan's general thoughtfulness and helpfulness. Highly recommend.

“Sensational and what a view”
Reviewed 22 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Stayed over a long weekend. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Close to two tube stations, the beautiful Kennington Park and only a 40 min stroll to the Southbank/Waterloo. I have to say the views where spectacular of London. I will definately be returning and recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for somewhere to stay with either family or friends.
