Stayed for one night with daughter for weekend break in cosy room. Check in fast and room, yes a bit small but spotless and really nicely decorated and set out. Bed really confortable and walk in shower just right, perfect for short stay. Provided with paper bags to leave out for juice, yoghurt and banana that were dropped in morning really good idea. Only negative was that the coffee area in reception was always full with people with mac books nursing one coffee so we were unable to put feet up here after long day - maybe consider residents reserved area?. Did try restaurant in evening, service terrible slow and £8 for chocolate brownie desert, even though nice was a little over prced!
Overall perfect location next to covent garden and would highly recommend for value, look forward to staying again

Room Tip: Rooms very quiet

Great to hear you enjoyed your stay with us, and the room and location worked so well for you. Glad the brekkie bag set you up well for the day too! Our lobby is a popular spot, it’s frustrating that you couldn’t find space to relax - next time let the team know, and we’ll find you a spot. Sorry to hear the restaurant service was slow, we’ll look into that. Hope to see you again soon!

Always clean, calm and comfortable in the bedrooms and yet modern and buzzing downstairs. Superb location just a few minutes walk from Covent Garden and China Town. Excellent customer service. Great food and coffee

Great location between Kings Cross and Covent Garden. Modern, different, relaxed and very quiet even though our room looked on to a very busy road.

Vibrant reception, lounge and bar area ALL day and night. Only suggestion would be to consider having a residents lounge so they can escape the noise (DJ) if they would like a quiet drink, coffee and waiting area pre and post check in.

Room Tip: Don't be put off with street view as the rooms are super sound proof.

We stayed for two nights at a weekend for a city break to visit the British Museum. Hotel is really convenient for the Museum. We thought the room was great, and breakfast bag delivered to the room a good option. However, the first thing that was disappointing was on our first morning when we went to try and get coffee in the ground floor restaurant. A waiter who was clearing the table said he would be back to take our order but no one appeared for more than five minutes. As we wanted to get to the Museum we just left and for one on the way. If you are going to have table service you need to take an order within a few minutes of people sitting down - we only wanted a coffee! We left our room at 10am. On returning just after 3pm, our room still had not been serviced. I had to call down to reception and ask them to send someone. This is my pet hate on a city breAk. You get back to your room tired after having been out for hours and just want to relax before you go out for dinner. Then you have to waste time while someone comes to sort out the room, when they have had hours to do so when the room was empty. The receptionist did not even apologise. Not impressed.
