Booked a few months in advance as wanted a central apartment. The room was tiny, no space at all to do anything or put anything anywhere. The room stunk of cigarette smoke. It was extremely clean though, and the rooms must have had upgrades as they were well fitted out. Wouldn't rush back, as it was extremely noisy

Well I must admit I wasn't looking forward the stay at Hyde Park suites due to the reviews on trip advisor I was optimistic.
Walked into house 34 huge hallway, very quiet started walking upstairs with suitcase as there was NO lift poor really not good for someone with a disability.
Our room was up flights of stairs on thread bare carpet about an inch thickness of dust on the stairs.
Disappointed with the cleanliness within the house communal areas and really bad in our room
Loved the concept it suited us and so nearby restaurants, supermarkets, tube stations & the beautiful parks at the top of the road.

This hotel is so very basic - It's kind of shabby and outdated, no air con and it's just exactly what we expected for the price.

The price to stay here is so cheap considering where it is, so it's not going to be that nice. Our room was clean but everything is just outdated. We only stayed here for one night and its what we wanted - just somewhere to sleep.

Although we wouldn't stay here again - I think some of the reviews may be a bit extreme. The
prices are so cheap that you can't expect to to be amazing.

The location has easy accessibility to the tubes and central London, and there were nice restaurants to eat nearby.

We stayed here for 4 nights. No air conditioning but there was a fan. The rooms were moderate sized and clean with basic cooking facilities.
We had to walk up 7 flights of stairs to get to our room as no elevator.
Fine if you just want somewhere comfort to lay your head at night.

3 nights here was poor end to great holiday. Check in at different building. I was really concerned about security as front door to building was not closing properly, and lots of people hanging around on front steps late into night. Moved bed so I could get in without climbing over top and floor was filthy. Air conditioner on wall but didn't work. Fire alarms began and continued for 2 hours before being fixed, when walked to reception to report they thought it was funny. Would never stay here again!!!
