This was our second visit to this hotel and both times we enjoyed our stay! Its a lovely hotel in an ideal location! (it's very easy to jump on a tube at the tube station just round the corner). This hotel is everything what you would expect from Hilton!

My (now) husband and I came to Europe in August 2010 and traveled from Ipswich (visiting family), to Paris (where we got engaged!), to London. We loved staying at the Hilton London Tower Bridge. We got a great deal on rates, and rates were much cheaper during the week - I'm thinking because this is a business hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and had a wonderful stay. The bathroom is amazing - it was great having spacious bathroom and bathtub after staying in a Paris hotel. We walked to a lot of major attractions and pubs. It was a very commercial feeling hotel but the bed was huge and everything was very clean. We enjoyed it very much and definitely recommend it!

Also -- the man at the desk recommended the Horniman at Hays. We loved this pub! It is very close to the hotel.

Room Tip: we didn't choose a particular room - but I think any would be great!

I've stayed here before because the position is perfect for me being near to the city and the tourist attractions (you can walk blindfolded into The Tower of London) and also close to a newspaper I have done business with. However although for that reason alone I would recommend it this time I had an upgrade, totally out of the blue to a superior room with full on river view and that really was a big bonus. Value for money this hotel is as good as you'll get in this part of town but you can save a little more by negotiating a pre paid parking ticket or parking elsewhere locally as the car park is charged at quite a high rate. The internet, (my bone of contention world wide) is also expensive so if you are a foreign tourist buy a local Data SIM card for a dongle or get a good deal on your own smart phone roaming plan before leaving home. If you are a UK resident and have BT at home get hold of a password and you can use the BT Broadband free in the hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a river view.

Stayed for the weekend. Excellent location two minutes from the Thames river and five minutes walk to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. River cruises can be caught from the same place. Very friendly reception and our executive room was spacious and clean. London Bridge underground is only a five minute walk away. No complaints at all.

Weekend rates can be amazingly good value. Walking distance to the London Eye along the south bank. River ferry boat service stops close to the hotel and you can get down to the O2 arena at Greenwich or across to Canary Wharf. Easy to get to the West End ( its walkable on a nice day, or by tube from London Bridge). Borough Market is close by, a real treat! Lots of pubs and restaurants in the area so you don't have to pay hotel prices if you don't want to. Have stayed in most of the Hiltons in London (including Park Lane and The Waldorf) but this is the one we keep coming back to. Recommended.
