RECENTLY RENOVATED (so ignore all the old photos) - similar standard to Premier Inn. Family room (1 double, 1 single) was small-ish but was clean, bright and had all the facilities we needed - including a child safe window that opened and totally controllable heating. Ask for quiet room at back of hotel - no noise from busy road. Close to Paddington, on good bus routes, walking distance to Edgware Rd Tube. Breakfast is only continental (packets of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, rolls, bread, croissants, good coffee) but clean sunny breakfast room and helpful staff. Recommended.

Room tip: Ask for 'quiet' room (ie. at back of hotel, avoids any road noise)

For anyone visiting London this is a great base. The hotel is very good, clean and fully equipped. You could pay a lot more for nothing better. It is well positioned with bus, tube connections close by. Parking not too far away.

We chose this hotel after reading what seemed like good reviews, but were a little sceptical due to the location. I wish now we had gone with our initial gut feeling.
The location - whilst handy for Paddington - was a shocker, and the least inviting area of London we hav ever visited. The hotel itself whilst OK had some real problems.
The room was not clean, the bed Linen was filthy particularly the pillows, and, the carpet was never hoovered properly. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast adequate, but it did not make up for a sub standard stay. Do yourself a favour and pay the extra £,s for a hotel at either end of Edgeware Rd and not number 450 !!
Please note they do not show a picture of the outside of he Hotel because of the location.

Room tip: All rooms appeared noisy
