The quality of food, service are exceptional. The spa is one of my favourite places in London. The rooms are spacious and the dining options are unbeatable. I would highly recommend this enchanting place during your stay in London!

Exactly, this is the way to stay in heart of London with a luxury, every details in this hotel was perfect, it was special occasion for me and my wife, and we really enjoyed that night, the staff was friendly and cooperative. Make sure when you stay in this hotel include the breakfast, because it deserves and I mean it, all famous shops in walking distance, Piccadilly square tube station was 2 minutes walking from the hotel. I don’t think that I need some thing more than this.
Thanks hotel cafe Royal for every minute I stayed in the hotel

I booked to take my wife here on 1st March to celebrate her 60th Birthday after seeing Phantom of The Opera which is on close by in The Haymarket. However, due to the snow we were not able to travel to London and we had to postpone our visit until 28th March. I had no problem altering the booking and our visit exceeded our expectations. The tea was sumptuous, and very leisurely listening to the pianist, the service was excellent and we had a great afternoon.
A special location for a special person, and thank you to everyone.

On this occasion the cafe royal dropped a little below what i would expect .only on one count though .the rooms were as good as anything i have experienced in london ,very modern and plenty of space .the service could not be beaten anywhere .nice bar area which will be even better when the refurb.is complete.beem married 18 years so the hotel left 1/2 bottle of champers in room .the place is pure class .the one gripe, breakfast was chaotic to say the least .we were stopped at the door and ask to wait as they set up some tables ,ok untill other guests we allowed to walk strait in and got seated .the standard of the food for £32 was disappointing also the toast never arrived.a blip i hope .it would not stop me returning though it is truly a wonderfull hotel.

The Hotel is a nice 5 stars, very well located and the team is polite. Nevertheless our personal experience was not good as we had lot of repetitive incident.

We booked a Junior Suite connected to a Deluxe Room, 602 and 603. The Junior suite was nothing compared to the pictures on the website, most of area are corridors and unusable space. We had a small window that was very dirty (window can not be opened for easy cleaning) The room was designed for disabled with tiny wash basin. During our 5 days stay, the heating was not working so we had a noisy portable heater. The Floor light was damaged and was promptly fixed. Thank you maintenance team because the room is so dark. The TV was not working and also had to be fixed and reset. We have specifically asked to remove flowers and not to spray smelling product but after 2 days this was not followed. Last but not least our in room dining took 1h10 mn to be served and the waiter did not accept the tips. Probably this was just isolated repetitive incidents.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, it is great to read you enjoyed Hotel Café Royal's central location and staff.

We are so sorry to hear you experienced technical difficulties in your guestroom and a long waiting time for your in-room dining. Nevertheless we will take your comments and feedback into consideration.

We hope to welcome you back to Hotel Café Royal.
