Nice location, only 5 mins to tube station.
it''s a cozy room, but next to the road, too noisy, and if there's any problem with the facilities in the room, it took time to repair. there was no hot water at the first 2 days when I stayed in the studio, there's no replied during weekend when I reported the problem to management.

Stayed: August 2015

First off, this is not a hotel with a hotel staff to check you in. You have to make sure to get the security codes before you go there so you wont have a hard time getting in. But they do have staff members on call to address your concerns. Walking distance from the Tube's Ladbroke Grove Station so it's accessible. Easy walk to the portobello market and the movie, Nottinghill location sites. The room is great except for the low ceiling of the mezzanine. Clean and has most amenities including cooking, dishwashing and laundry needs.

Do not book if you're in a hurry, as it takes 24H for them to send you the details to get in the property, ours never arrived! Once in we had no hot water and no bathroom light. There is no reception, so not good if you do have a problem. Very noisy next to the main road too...

Room Tip: Away from the road...

This apartment first of all looked NOTHING like the photos...there was no mezzanine level, just a bed in the middle of a room, very average and not what I had hoped from the advertising images.

The main thing though was the awful noise levels, next to a constantly very busy road meant high levels of traffic noise all through the night. It was so noisy we had to keep turning the TV up so we could hear it and there was no chance of sleep on the first night (by the second night we were so tired we passed out and woke up with the occasional ambulance siren..usually about two an hour).

The windows are so thin, it genuinely feels like you are outside sleeping directly next to the road!! It is disgusting that they charge money for this when it is genuinely impossible to sleep! They should definitely invest in some double glazing a least.

Avoid if you actually want a chance at sleeping...

Room Tip: Avoid room number 1...noisy noisy noisy.

This was a self contained studio loft apartment. (Unit 3)
It was great value for a central stay in London.
I'm pretty sure they have 1 and 2 bedders as well. It's possible to cook , there's a washing machine and dishwasher. The bed n pillows were comfortable , the police and ambulance sirens going past on fri n sat night and that fact it was a little warm up in the loft weren't ideal, but we found the fan which helped.
It was in a great location. 2min walk from Ladbroke Grove and 1 min walk from portobello rd. it's approx 20min by underground from Central London , Ladbroke Grove station was easy to get to from practically anywhere. There's a Westfield only 2 stops away and loads of restaurants towards portobello rd and all sorts of takeaway and supermarkets close by. Definitely recommend a stay here. Be sure to follow the email instructions as there isn't a check in desk.

Room Tip: Follow instructions they give in emails as there is no check in desk. Keys are left for you. They email you the security code on the day of check in.
