The location was exciting and perfect (easy walking-distance to all the fun of soho, but set back from the craziness in a quieter area), the staff was terrific, the Old Fashioned at the bar knocked my socks off, and the room was great. Zero complaints - I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights from 11th April 2012 to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. I can honestly say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we've stayed in a lot!
From the moment we stepped out of the taxi on arrival the staff could not have been more helpful. For the entire stay they could not do enough for us even supplying a bottle of champagne free of charge for my husband's birthday.
We'd booked a deluxe room and it was everything we could have wished for and we had a private terrace with an excellent view of the London Eye.
My only slight negative was the price of the pots of tea for two that we ordered from room service, over the two days it mounted up but other than that there is not another thing I can think of that was negative.
We will definitely be back and thanks to the staff for such a welcoming stay.

My family and I stayed for five nights in a junior suite with large floor-to-ceiling windows. Everything at the hotel was tasteful and of high quality. The staff was very friendly, well organized and efficient. The stay was thoroughly enjoyable. My family joked that the only thing that ruined the immaculate impression of the hotel was that one day we saw a garbage truck back up to the hotel. We simply could not think of any real drawback (except that the charge for wi-fi is irritating).

My husband and I have stayed at the Soho 3 times and each time is as good as the previous stay. The location is fabulous with great bars and restaurants close by. The rooms as so comfortable, we always sleep soundly. Love the decor, the bar for cocktails and the breakfast is perfect. Cannot fault the Soho, it's our preference for a London hotel.

Great rooms, terrific ambiance, lovely hotel tucked away in a corner of Soho. Very good service and wonderful bar area. Restaurant a treat. Would highly recommend above Hyatt Regency and other London haunts for a room right in the centre of the action.
