Would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent. It's close to the Temple Underground station in a relatively quiet part of central London. We had club lounge access which was fantastic. The lounge was a nice place to have breakfast and relax before dinner. There aren't many restaurants nearby but this is London -- the public transportation is amazing even at night and on the weekends.
The room was spotless, quiet, and the bed was comfy. My only complaint is that we were moved from our superior room to a jr. suite because of a water leak and the jr. suite wasn't nearly as spacious as the superior room. The bathroom was tiny and oddly configured. Conversely, the bathroom in the superior room was huge and beautiful. Further, in the jr. suite the seating/TV area was separated from the bed by a dividing wall with multiple openings in it so it did nothing to adequately separate the two spaces. I would recommend the superior room over the jr. suite if you're trying to decide between the two.More
