Broken plate glass window pane. Broken kettle. Broken hairdryer.
Dirty walls and dirty carpets.
Managers answer was to sellotape broken window pane. Family rooms are ground floor? Not safe in our opinion when you have children with you.
Dumped dishwasher and fridge in 'garden' along with many cig ends and other rubbish.
How this place can be classed as family friendly is simply baffling.
We skipped breakfast as we didn't want to hang around.
Oh and they took the £146 fee before we even arrived from our credit card? I wonder why??
Avoid at all costs.

Stayed in the apartments run by the Hotel. There was not one item or room that didn't have something needing attention that had been "fixed" with celo tape. The door did not have a method of locking that allowed it be secured from the inside with only a keypad externally on the door.

Stayed: February 2018

Did as it said it would, not plush in anyway but was clean and the staff were friendly enough. Cost far less than some of the well known chains so as far as I am concerned good value for money. Decent location as well being 10 minutes from St Pancras/Kings Cross

Room Tip: it is exactly what you pay for!

A few hundred yards from King's Cross, small and modest in appearance, but spectacularly good value for a London hotel. Courteous greeting, clean and entirely adequate room, including ensuite, tv and tea-making equipment. Wi-fi included. Sufficient breakfast.

Really good for the price.I liked breakfast. the room was ok. Bathroom was ok. I really liked the hotel and definitely recommend it to my friends. It was not poossible to open the window due to fixed secondary glazing. It got very stuiffy.

Room Tip: good hotel
