There is so much that is good about this hotel. It is just across the road, down a historic alleyway, from Cannon Street station, and very close to Mansion House. The rooms are a decent size for London, and all amenities are in place. Cleanliness and staff are both excellent, and the hotel is safe and secure.

The only problem is that when the hotel was designed - a lovely conversion of an original building - NO AIRCONDITIONING was installed! This is a great mistake, especially with a new Premier Inn Hub under construction close by. The very helpful and friendly staff do their best by providing fans, but the fact remains that when the weather is warm, you do need to open the windows, which lets in plenty of unwanted noise which can keep you awake.

Really good location and very friendly welcome at reception but my requested 'quiet room' was incredibly noisy, loud from the bar outside, tipping out of glass and deliveries all night etc! Bring earplugs!

Stayed overnight with my daughter. Lovely hotel tucked away from hustle and bustle. Jessica and Ali made us very welcome from the minute we arrived. Would visit again. 10 mins from Euston via the tube

The reception staff were the most welcoming, friendly and helpful of any hotel I have been to, made the stay a real pleasure.

We booked a super room which was perfect as we didn’t want a small room you often get in big city hotels where space is a premium.

Great location and room facilities along with the reception so would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a one night stay here and the location was great - a short walk from Liverpool St station and then to other attractions and transport. We booked a superior room and whilst it was a perfectly nice room I can't really say what was superior about it - the rest of our party had a regular room that looked exactly the same to me. The room was pretty small but that was fine - the bed was comfy which was all we really needed. The only issue we had was that the shower cubicle started to flood and when I removed the drain cover it was absolutely filthy - it really need to be cleaned with the rest of the bathroom. We were also missing a bath mat and had only one hand towel - not sure if this was a mistake or not but would have mentioned it had we been there longer. The staff on reception were really friendly and helpful so top marks to them. Overall a good choice for what we needed.
