I have of course been to Westminster multiple times, went last in October, Big Ben is a pleasant site, I just about saw it before it was completely under the scaffolding! You can take such pleasant views of the rest of the river from Westminster Bridge.

You must see Westminster and Whitehall when visiting London. Shows the wealth and power of bygone times. Shame big Ben under wraps at the moment.

The square at Westminster where The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben stand has to be one of the most iconic places on the globe! Needless to say, it is always VERY crowded! The views of the River Thames are fantastic, just the spot to take "that" souvenir photo in this great city-mecca. There are tons of vendors and many small places to have a snack or two. The actual buildings are now under renovations, but still a sight to see in person. Truly a marvel to behold!
