Fantastic & filling breakfast.
Very good front of house & waiting staff. Room was ok, but needed a coat of paint in the bathroom as it was flaking off everywhere. Cleaning staff just done enough everyday.
Safe in room did not work, had to carry valuables all weekend around London. Not ideal. TV not working all the time engineer went back to basics & hit it on the side like in the old days & it worked & told me to do it if it happened again! I did & it worked. He was going to change it the day I was leaving so that should be ok now!
Really good location, walked everywhere, SoHo in 20 mins, as was oxford street. Overall very good

A last minute booking so the price was a bit higher than usual, but the Premier Inn quality is as good as ever. Decent-sized quiet, clean room overlooking Euston Road, very comfortable bed, free 30 mins of wifi , fantastic breakfast. How do they do it?

You get what you pay for at the Premier Inn, and you know what to expect - clean rooms, average service and an EXCELLENT breakfast. All within walking distance of Euston station. I had read other reviews about noise from the traffic, I requested a quiet room and have to say my room was great. I was on the side of the block overlooking the church - so no issues. When I arrived I was met and greeted by an efficient member of staff who took me through the automated check-in in about 2 mins. Great. I also noted from other reviews that there had been issues with queues at breakfast , but during my 3 day stay I didn't have a problem. And have to comment on how friendly and efficient the breakfast staff were. On my final day I checked my luggage into the luggage room. A great idea rather than using the station. Handy for the tube stations and walking distance to the British Museum and the parks and squares of Bloomsbury.

Room Tip: Rooms away from the main road seem quieter

A great location and as always with Premier Inn clean and well maintained rooms. Had read a few reviews claiming long waiting times when checking in but although reception was busy when we arrived a friendly member of staff greeted us as soon as we stepped inside and we were checked in and in our room in under 5mins. Would definately recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a great location…. Right across the road from London Euston and just 5 mins walk away from St Pancras International. Yet despite its busy location the rooms are surprisingly quiet.

The hotel is your typical Premier Inn, one up from a Travelodge and one down from a Hilton!

We had an issue with our room, we booked a twin but ended up with a double, this was resolved very quickly by the friendly staff who changed our room and apologised for the issue. They even found us in the busy bar to give us a new key and moved our luggage to the new room. Top marks for doing that!

We paid quite a bit for our room as we needed a flexible rate and whilst we had the flexibility to change or cancel our booking you can’t help but think its not the best value for money when you can get a number of ‘frills’ hotels nearby for the same rate (but obviously without the flexibility!)

We paid an additional fee for breakfast (after a heavy night out) and despite the restaurant being busy the staff were all very friendly and tables were cleared promptly! I just wish they would serve you hot drinks at the table… its all so bitty having to go from station to station to get a cooked breakfast/toast/coffee…. Its inevitable one of them go cold whilst you are waiting to get a drink or food!!!

I would recommend this hotel, just don’t go in expecting luxuries…. Its an ideal base for tourists wanting to visit the capital.
