we never knew this place existed and came about it by accident and we were so pleased that we did. just off oxford street away from the hussle and bustle is st christophers place which to me just looks like somewhere abroad a total different contrast to one of the worlds busiest streets just a minute or so away. lovely shops and restaurants with a great cosmopolitan feel. everyone sitting around chilling out it felt like you were on holiday.

This is the place to eat outside in London and the surrounding streets like James Street. There must be over 30 with tables in the place itself and james Street, In the summer stret entertainers and bands stroll the area. I have always said average food outside beets great food inside. this is the epitomy of that! They used to have a summer jazz festival perhaps it will come back

Hidden between Oxford Street and Wigmore Street is St. Christopher's place. If you are visiting London it is a must. Go to Bond Street Station and leave the station via West One shopping centre and walk through Boots Chemist. The entrance is almost opposite through a little alleyway between buildings called Gees Court next to the O2 shop (this is the best way to discover St.Christopher's place for the first time. Be careful because you can easily walk past it. Walk through the alleyway and it opens into a square containing loads of restaurants (e.g. Pizza Express - Carluccios - Apostrophe - Lamb and Flag pub and loads of Italian restaurants, creperies etc.) and specialist shops. A must wander. If you cannot find the alleyway walk down James Street and find it from there. EXPLORE!
