The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly however the checkin staff was a bit unfriendly however that was the only issue I faced there. It's very close to several tube stations and also a few cafes resturants and bars are right across the street.

I love the staff in the breakfast area, Sunday and Luisa in particular are so friendly and make you feel like you're at home and treat you like you Are family! They always smile and make sure everything is taken care of !!

Room Tip: I was in an Joining rooms and it was very easy to hear the room next-door

We work everyday to exceed our guests´expectations and make them feel warmly welcomed, so we are delighted to confirm this is your case. Sunday and Luisa will definitely be informed abut your comments and congratulated!

We also hope you enjoyed our wide variety of breakfast options in the buffet, from the typical English breakfast to our pancakes or our freshly made pastries. Let´s not forget our coffee, which is made with 100% arabica beans from the famous Italian brand Illy.

Food was OK - though flies in pineapple and grapes, room was spacious and clean however, had an odour and the electrics stopped working not ideal when you've just got out of the shower need to dry your hair and are in between ironing your clothes. Tried numerous numbers and no one answered!

Very clean comfortable hotel, very polite and helpful staff. Great breakfasts with a big variety.
Fourth time ive stayed here always a good experience, quite rooms, im currently (2.10.17) in a Premiun King which is well appointed and very clean. The hotel has a nice homely feel to it.

Room Tip: Rooms higher than first floor, facing north are quiet. Im currently in room 307- delighted. The staff are all Spanish, so be a bit patient.

This hotel gets a 5/5, great staff, nice rooms and it's in a good location, 15 minute walk to Oxford Street, and two subway stations close by, good restaurants in the area aswell will definitely come back!.
