We went to this Hotel as part of a Groupon deal and on that basis it was fine. I would not be happy paying the full price which was £300 more !!!!

I can't say there was anything particulary wrong with the hotel but if you were paying full price you would be paying for the location more than the hotel. It is only 2 mins walk (if that) from Euston Station. The best thing was it was basically in Camden and a 20 min walk the other from The London Eye and the Millenium Bridge and the best ever Cinema the Imax on the South Bank which is the business !

The hotel itself is very modern/contemporary. Due to previous Trip Advisor reviews I phoned up, mentioned Trip Advisor and asked not to have a small room. The one we got was OK and looking at other reviews probably wasn't the smallest but I have to say It wasn't massive. If you are just using it as a base like we did though it was clean, comfy and a lot quieter than I thought it would be (we didn't have a room at the front). The staff were friendly and helpful at reception and the housekeeping lady we saw was friendly.

The "afternoon tea" we had, again as part of the Groupon deal, was ok but compared to friends who have had it at other hotels I was a bit disappointed (ok if you like Salmon or cucumber Sandwiches!). The breakfast we had in Number 12 was good with a good choice both hot and cold.

In short we would stay there again if we had another deal but not if we had to pay full price.

Have reluctantly used this hotel lots over the last few years for business stays in London, booking it through the equally incompetent business travel agents Redfern. Arrived tonight to be advised that they didn't have the 'guaranteed' room my company had already paid for. The receptionist didn't know what to do, and as I didn't have Internet access, I spent two hours listening to him half heartedly put on a show of calling random hotels, many several times, interspersed with calls to what appeared to be a manager to discuss the fact they couldn't find me an alternative room. The tactic appeared to be -hoping I'd go away. Not an option when your 200 miles from home in the middle of the night. In the early hours of the morning the receptionist accompanied me to the local run down youth hostel where he'd found a room, I refused to stay there. Exasperated I spent the night in the train station awaiting an early train home. Lost a nights sleep, a days business, and have had to let a number of business partners down. It's a long time since I've felt this vulnerable in a big city with no where to stay. I will never go back, would encourage others to never use this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on buisness. The room was very small. The bathroom was tiny, no room to even put toiletries anywhere. For the cost of the hotel, there are much better options close by, such as the Premier Inn or the Holiday Inn.

I picked the hotel because it was reasonably priced and in a central location - not easy to find in London. The mistake was probably asking for a room which did not overlook the road in front, which I knew to be very busy. The room was very small - cat-swinging not an option - and the shower-only bathroom was a totally "wet" room (not sure whether by design or accident). As there was nowhere dry to hang the towel either, the shower experience was not great.
Otherwise, the only complaint was that the air-conditioning was noisy and difficult to adjust - not that unusual but made for a very stuffy room.
Breakfast was good though - full English with good ingredients and the usual buffet of cereals and fruit juice.

Room Tip: If you are booking this hotel, my advice is to ask specifically for a larger size room, even if it d...

A very nice centrally located hotel in between Russell Square and Kings Cross Station. Service is great and the rooms well appointed - looks like they have been refurbished recently. The bathroom was surprisingly large for a central London hotel.

Breakfast was included and had a great selection. A great friendly hotel for business or lesiure travellers. As I was staying for breakfast it was the perfect choice.
