On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff. Chiara checked us in & explained that a room upgrade had been given to us and that our preferences had been met. Robert provided his usual friendly and efficient concierge services. Our room had been well prepared and was serviced very well each day. It was comfortable enabling a relaxed stay. Staff of the Club were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very relaxed stay.

Room Tip: We enjoyed room 624 which was quite spacious

Everything was lovely at your hotel. My only criticism is the chairs in our room. They were very uncomfortable to sit on to watch the television. We were tired the second evening and just wanted to relax. We ended up having to sit on the bed. The other problem was the heating in the room and we had to use the portable heater to warm it up.

Recently on our return leg from all over Europe we stayed at this hotel. It has nice big room. It has a nice garden at the back with igloo domes that you can book and have meetings or private functions. The Staff were amazing and has a huge selection of breakfast options. We enjoyed a fair few drinks. Quite Close the the Kensington palace

Room Tip: Across the road they have a decent restaurant/diner and you can pay your bills sitting at the table online and just walk out.

My husband and I stayed here at the end of a long trip before flying home and it was just what we needed. The staff were really kind and warm, and they were helpful in organising a late checkout for us on our last day so we could get some more sleep before two long-haul flights home. The room was large, clean and had a nice bathroom with a shower and a tub which was much appreciated. We also paid for access to the club which meant we had a lovely breakfast each morning and access to drinks and nibbles during the day.The hotel is also super well located - just around the corner from the Gloucester Rd tube station which takes you straight to Heathrow Airport and to lots of other central sites. The neighbourhood has heaps of food options and a supermarket which was handy. It was rainy when we stayed but our room looked onto a huge garden owned by the hotel with an old church that looked really nice and would have been fun to explore in better weather.Overall we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Crowne Plaza Kensington to people looking for accommodation in London.
