Checkin was easy, the room was clean, but small, and definitely needs some modernising! Had a room on the 4th floor which was high enough to eliminate most of the outside noise when the window was open, but with it closed, it was very quite - apart from the constant sirens, which is understandable staying in London.
The breakfast was very good! Good buffet selection, as well as an option of meals cooked for you on request as well - pancakes, waffles and omelettes. We didn't manage to try the restaurant for dinner as it was raining most days so without a bookings, there wasn't any space - it's not a massive restaurant since Westfield is just a 5 minute walk away, and there's loads of restaurants there!
A good stay overall, I just wish that they handed out cookies like they do at DoubleTree instead of a bottle of water - I guess they're trying to be health conscious ;)More
