Rooms are small but good standard, ironing board, tea and coffee in the room. Big screen tv. Good insulation - no noise from other rooms. Very good and comfortable a/c. Cleaning was very good. Breakfast was excellent - you could order your own breakfast without extra cost. Beds were a bit narrow and small and creaky.

Great hotel and staff. Good amenities and services. Hotel showing its age, but, otherwise, an excellent choice and extremely well located near all public transportation and shopping needs and eateries. Hotel food was superior as well.

I stayed here for 2 nights in September.
The room had everything you need, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, towels, safe, shampoo etc, tv. The king sized bed was lovely to sleep in and the hotel was quiet, room is a little on the small side.
It is literally a 5 minute walk to Shepherds Bush Underground station.
I would recommend this hotel. We didn't get breakfast here as we thought it was a bit pricey!

I found some notes I made at the time of my stay, which granted was a while ago now, so hopefully these issues have been rectified.

Tried to call 4 different areas and none of them answered. The guest services button was taking you to a reservations hotline. The housekeeping was actually room service and rather than put me through themselves or say they will arrange for my water to be delivered, they asked me to dial zero.

Foreign plug socket next to bed. Fine if you want to have foreign sockets for travelling guests but have a UK one as well so the locals can charge their phone, etc, when in bed!

My wife booked the hotel for a night in London, solely due to the fact we were blown away by the standard of the Hilton in NYC we stayed at recently.

How wrong we were. The room was tiny, bed uncomfortable and noisy and the little touches, like free bottled water by the bed were completely missing.

London for hotels is awful unless you are prepared to pay £300 for the night and this is no different.
