The best of this hotel is its location.
The hotel is very busy with a large number of flight attendants.
Room is quite small and needs renovation.
Breakfast was great with a big selection, all restaurant staff were very friendly.
Check in and check out was easy.
All in all a good day in central london

The location of this hotel really good. Close to the Museums and Royal Albert Hall. Many Restaurants nearby. 2 Minutes walk to tube station.
The Hotel itself is just average. Small rooms, small bathrooms. Bathroom amenities just for one. The lobby looks more like a train station. Everything is a bit worn out and could do with a renovation.
However, given the location and the price it's a fair offer. After all you stay in the room for sleeping and not much more....
Breakfast was ok but be there before 8 or it gets crowded.
Staff was friendly and professional.

This hotel is well located. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, the underground, and 2 museums...and Harrolds if you are more energetic. The rooms are comfortable and the concierge very helpful. If you are sick of restaurants there is also a grocery store nearby..what else could you want!

We could not have found a better place to stay while in London. Glouster Road Tube station was just around the corner with 3 lines running from it. So many places within a 15 minute walk. V and A museum, science museum, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Harrods, Museum of Natural History. Many places to eat close by and of course Starbucks

Room Tip: Room with a view are amazing. We stayed twice as we took a weekend to go to Scotland. 1st time on 7th and 2nd on 24th. Quiet area
