Location of this hotel is ideal and within easy reach and walking distance from tube stations. Reception staff at night was nice and polite. Reception area clean, unlike their dirty rooms and blankets. Very small rooms, I booked twin room but beds were next to each other and no space available on the side to move them. dirty carpet never took my shoes off. I would never stay there again.

The hotel was very low grade with poor services. The staff at reception did not have any idea how to please a customer.
1) I booked a double bed but they provided us with two single beds joined together
2) we asked for baby cot but they didnt have any
3) no aircondition in hotel, yes no AC... so it was terribly hot in the room and they provided a table fan upon complaining (does not appear to be 3 star at all).

Room Tip: Look for another hotel...

1, When I arrived on June 7 early in the morning I could not leave my luggage in the hotel until 2 0; clock. In hotels in France, Germany, etc. this is no problem.
2. Positive is that I was allowed to use the room already from 10.20 hours.
3. My booking paper said that the price of breakfast was 7.50 pounds. However, I had to pay 10 pounds. The quality of the breakfast could be better.

Stayed at the Ambassadors Hotel in March for 2 nights on a budget trip to London and was very happy with it. The room was small, but nicely decorated and had all the features you'd expect of a hotel room plus a (very small) bathroom with great shower facilities. We were in a basement room with no windows which was a little offputting, but we got the rooms at a bargain price so had no complaints. The room was a bit stuffy, but as long as you aren't in the basement I doubt this would be a problem. The best thing about the hotel is the location, it is a short walk to Earls Court tube station and is in a very, very nice area in Kensington. The staff were very friendly and helpful also.
