Clean, comfatable and quite.
We were exhausted after our long journey from mauritius and booked in early evening.
The staff were very friendly and the girl on reception was very helpful and polite dispite the obnoxious rude person who had checked in before me, I don't know how she kept her cool, if it was me i would have yelled at the horrible man.
The rooms were absolutely spotless and the bed was to die for, fabulous mattress and huge comfy pillows, we slept like babies. The towels wer large white fluffy bath sheets of the highest quality.
82 pounds was a very reasonable cost for this hotel. I have paid more in some shocking dives especialy in Perth Australia where you are ripped off big time.
The only negetive was that the lift mainttenance people were stupid enough to have both lifts out of service at the same time instead of doing one at a time and when we asked why they didn't do one at a time the smarmy, smart mouthed mainttinence man said you can always use the stairs, yeah righ with huge suitcases, but that wasn't the hotels fault and when we complained they were very apologetic, I think that they need to change their service conrtactors because as a guest it's not very pleasant to be abused by workers who are not part of the hotel staff and are only there to carry out work, it reflects badly on the hotel and it really upset me as I don't like being abused by some neaderthal dumb workman.
Titan lift maintenance need to train their staff in manners.
