This hotel/Apartment/Studio complex is very nicely turned out. The place is clean and tidy and done to a very high order. The rooms are really comfortable and well set out if small. If you are looking for a luxurious, vast room this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for a decent base for a few nights in London you cant go far wrong. Add in the price and location which is really good for central London and you are onto a winner.

it is set out for self catering so you have cooking facilities if you want them. The fridge came in useful for keeping the wine cool as we ate out!

The studios are five minutes form Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross stations and their associated tubes meaning London is your Oyster (cheaper if you have one!)

The most off putting thing was the noise which seemed to travel from the street and inside the hotel, but as i wasn't there other than to sleep ( when it was quiet) it didn't bother me! The other issue is the bathroom. It was a squeeze to say the least but it is was fitted out really well. The steep stairs may be an issue for some people.

All i all i would say you get what you pay for - here you get a decent place for a decent price. if you are on a budget this is a good place to start.

Room Tip: A room over looking the Crescent is nice

The place was comfortable enough, because you don't go to London to spend time in the hotel room. The free wifi and fridge came in handy, the bed was fine, and the location was great! Easy walk to King's Cross, which has connections to virtually all the underground lines, so having a day pass for the 2 full days I spent there was very convenient. Service was nice enough and the neighborhood was nice, with nice restaurants very nearby.

Very clean, fully furbished studio for 2 p. However it is important to mention that if you like spacious rooms this is not what you are looking for. Also, if you have back problems, the mattress is not ideal. The windows are letting the street noice in very easily and since the bed was placed right under it, it was disturbing. We were situated on the 3th floor but could hear the tourist come in and out with their lugage rolling on the pavement.
The studios are located just 5 min walk from the railwaystation St. Pancras and the tubestation Kings Cross. Nearby you have several coffeeshops, restaurants etc.
Staff is very helpful and friendly.

As others have said, the rooms are essentially a very small studio. There's a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge, sink, and dishes. There is also a small TV and free wifi in the room. The room and bathroom are very clean. And the location is walking distance to St. Pancras train station which makes it very convenient to get around.

Now for the things you should keep in mind:

The bathroom is small. Very small. I'm a tall and thin person, so it wasn't too bad. The shower is approximately 3'x3' in floor space. So, it was difficult to raise my arms or move around in the shower. Also, the water temperature would fluctuate on its own.

There are no lifts / elevators. The stairway is steep and narrow. This will be a pain if you have large luggage. I was on the top floor, which means you go up an additional even narrower and steeper flight of steps. It feels like you are crawling up into an attic.

Check-in begins in the early afternoon. You can leave your luggage there, but their office fills up quickly and bags are left in the hallway. They give you a number tag to claim your bag. But, they don't check it when you pick up your bag. They did not check my number tag nor other people that just came in and left with bags. I had to wait several minutes in the office for someone to bring my room key, so I noticed this happen quite a few times.

Overall, this is a good hotel and decent value. Just be aware of the few nit picky things I mentioned and be sure you are ok with them before booking a room.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms on the very top floor because there's no lift/elevator and the last flight of stairs are very narrow and steep.

We were pleased to find that we were in one of what appeared to be a larger studio on the third floor, after reading other reviews. This room had the kitchen and bed along the windows. The bathroom was very small but we didn't pay for a 5 star hotel. The facilities met our expectations and were what we had hoped for in a self-contained studio. Free fast wifi was great. The price was very reasonable which was not easy to find in London at that time of year. There was a laundry facility which was appreciated. The building didn't have a lift so we appreciated the help we received with the luggage. Located so close to St Pancras/Kings Cross was ideal for the Eurostar to Paris and Underground. The local area was delightfully London with Pubs, convenience stores, Restaurants, British Museum and Library. It was a great stay!
