The location is perfect if coming in to st. pancras on the eurostar. Its a 5 minute walk -- and a great neighborhood to boot. We stayed in a standard studio, which as we expected was rather small. BUT they did a great job with the space they had. We weren't planning on spending much time in the room, so it was fine for us that it was small. Bathroom is tiny (really tiny), but very clean and nice toiletries provided. Everything was clean and neat. Only complaint is the TV channels are very limited, and no BBC (which meant we had to go to the pub to watch the olympics). Overall a great choice for the money. A few blocks from the studios is a large waitrose, perfect for picking up breakfast supplies, and across from the waitrose is a great pub called the Marquis Cornwallis. We liked the food there so much we went back for a second night.

This is the second time that we use the studios.
We chose them again because of the location, cleanness and because despite the size they are well maintained and functional.

The studios are in a very good location within a few minutes' walk from King's Cross St. Pancras station but in a quiet road.
Reception staff is welcoming
The studios are typical London sizes: very small - that is you cannot keep your suitcase open if you want to be able to walk around the room and the bathrooms are particularly small (really small sink) however the studio is well appointed, clean and well maintained.
It is good value for money for the location and if you can put up with limited but functional space then it is a good choice.
We never book the cheapest (smallest) room. I cannot imagine a smaller studio than the ones we have used!
Biggest downside are the stairs (no lift): very awkward and hard to drag your suitcases when you check-in/out. But it's only a minute.
Because of the stairs and room size I do not recommend this accommodation to people with lots of voluminous luggage.

Room Tip: better not to go for the smallest studio.

The best thing about Studios2Let is their location. The rest is not so good. Rooms are tiny and hot, there's no lift and you can hear everything and everyone through thin walls. If you are a very young couple/single traveller on a budget it could suit you well. If you like a little bit of comfort/space I suggest you book somewhere else.

I recently stayed in these apartments in July 2012, they are in a great location five minutes away from The British Museum and Kings Cross Station and they are in a beautiful area. However, the site is very falsely advertised, the rooms appeared large on the website however the double room would only fit one person comfortably. It was a nightmare with 2 people in this room. One person just about fitted in the bathroom, the shower was minuscule and the ventilation in the bathroom was non-existent. The staff were helpful but very hard to understand and tried to charge us twice for the stay. It is in a great location, but be very wary of the room sizes.

Room Tip: Double rooms are only suitable for one person and rooms are well kitted out.

Location is great 5-10 minutes walk from St. Pancras;Euston;King Cross Station, very convenient for traveller. Lot of restaurants and food available around the area.

Check-in and Check out were very fast and efficient. Hotel staffs would not hesitate to help bringing the luggage. Staffs are friendly and approachable. The staff even help us to arrange the transport to the airport.

Though room is rather smalls only 12 meter square, this compensate with great design of the room with comfortable bed and room amenities. Fridges, cutlerry and toileteries are available with great quality. The lighting is good and give warm and comfortable atmosphere. The best point of the room is the cleanliness, two thumbs up for its cleanliness.

Overall, condisering the great location and quality of room, the price is reasonable and is suitable place to rest when you travel to london for holiday or just as a place for transit.
