Stayed midweek in May for Chelsea flower show. Hotel staff friendly on arrival and efficient at breakfast. Hotel close to Bayswater tube so handy to get around. Clean & comfy rooms no air con so noisy traffic with window open. Very basic but for one night did the business. Think we payed £105 with breakfast.
Breakfast was ok, cooked was extra not surprisingly. Would use again. Not

Room Tip: Try for rooms at the back I think as could be away from road noise but its central London so always...

Nice place. Convenient to the Baywater tube station. 2 minute walk. I arrived at 7:30am and they let me check in from long flight. Small rooms but not cramped. Staff very nice. Would stay here again

I come to London for one night a week on business. My only criteria for a hotel is that it is clean, the bed is comfortable and it is not noisy. This hotel fulfilled all those requirements. Location is ideal, just a couple of minutes walk from Bayswater station on the Circle/District lines. Bit disconcerting to find I had to press a button to be let in the front door, the area doesn't strike me as being particularly dangerous. However there was a warm welcome on reception and a rapid check in.

The lobby and corridor areas are a bit tired but the room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Bathroom was small with shower and sink. No bath, but I wouldn't use one anyway. The shower was first class, powerful jet of water and a proper cubicle. The usual tea tray in the room with the welcome addition of a small packet of bourbon biscuits. The room also had a hair dryer but no iron. I do think hotels should put an iron and ironing board in every room it's essential for business travellers and it's a pain having to ask for one to be brought to the room. However, a big plus was that the hotel offered free Wi Fi something that more expensive places too often charge for.

The bed was comfortable and clean and although the window overlooked the street there was no noise overnight. Continental breakfast was included in the room rate. The hotel does not offer evening meals but you'd be missing out if you did not take the short stroll to Queensway and browse the dozens of little restaurants offering cuisine from all over the world. I was impressed with this hotel which offered real value for money for the overnight traveller. I'll book it again

Second stay here on business - single room decent size for London.
Bed very good , clean and well eqiupped compared to other hotels in the area.

Shower was only problem - no power , very poor pressure. This was a fourth
floor room - noise was not a problem sleeping. Staff extremely pleasant.
Good inclusive continental breakfast.

I booked this hotel purely on trip advisor rating and price.
It was in a very convenient spot close to 2 tube stations on different tube lines.
The staff were abit aloof , but were always helpful and cooperative.
Rooms and breakfast were very good for the price.
Yes I would recommend it.

Room Tip: Try to get a room facing the back which is very quiet, though the street its on is not a major road s...
