Owner description: Walk this historic street in London and you are transported back to the turbulent era of the 1960s and the musical phenomenon of the Beatles.

Be sure to watch for the fast moving cars- but definitely do it! We wondered if it would be worth the trip there. Of course it was!
Be sure one of you does the walk barefoot!!
Also, it helps to go at off times. Less cars and less time waiting in the queue for your turn to cross.

A short walk from St Johns Wood tube station heading west along Grove End Road. You will then see the infamous studios and zebra crossing from the Beatles album cover. Definitely worth it for music fans.

The studio is a brief walk away from the underground and is on a very busy street. Visit on a Sunday when most people are still in bed and the traffic is light enough to get your photo along the "zebra stripes". Keep in mind others will have the same idea so be patient for your turn. Get some Beatles paraphernalia at the train station on the way back.

Short walk from the Marriott. You can cross the street just like the Beatles. But be careful of the traffic. This is an active roadway and tourist have been known to cause slow downs when trying to take a pic. Go early in the morning or later after rush hour if you want to have a better chance of taking your pic. The actual house and studio which includes a gift shop is also nearby be sure to check the hours of the gift shop. Folks sign the wall to show they were there. If you are into that sort of thing be sure to bring a marker.

This place was on the top of my list to visit in London. I walked across the crosswalk from the Abbey Road Beatles album, got some photos and videos, and visited the gift shop. This is a must see for any fan of the Beatles, cant miss it.
