Everything was fantastic. Was also at Four Seasons George V in Paris. Park Lane London was far superior. Service, Food, Rooms, etc.. Tough to beat. They get it.

I was staying at newly renovated Four Seasons at Park Lane during HM Diamond Jubilee Weekend. As a Hotelier I must say it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel has good location, it is at Hamilton Place so you have direct access to Piccadily and Park Lane but it is in quite place so you have good sleep quality. The hotel looks brand new because it is renovated a year ago. I did not like the design much, but it is just my taste but it is new and everything is working very properly.

The rooms are typical London size so dont expect much in size but they are high tech and user friendly. The tv in bathroom mirror is a nice touch. Blueray player ,good size LCD, internet all the useful stuff working in order. As I said it is all new so it s good.

The service is classic Four Seasons, there is not much to critisize, its mainly very good, I did not use lounge or the restaurant therefore I cannot make any comments on those, but concierge was working excellent. Also within mayfair area there is a complimentary Rolls Royce driver service to the restaurants if you book with the concierge, so I was going to the restaurant with a RR Ghost that was excellent.

Its a pricey hotel but almost all good things in London are pricey also you can say there is no cheap Four Seasons property in the world so be ready to pay.

I did not visit the Spa but I heard it is one of the best in London hopefully next time

I must say its a nice hotel to stay in London, I think it is a good choice if you want to be sure of good sleep and service.

Perfect for a weekend in London. Ignore the "terrible" reviews on here. They are old and since then the hotel has had a massive refurb and is exquisite. The main bar is superb, the rooms all immaculate and filled with latest gadgets, the gym is out of this world, on the top floor with an incredible view of London. Very pricey but what else would expect in Park Lane. Well worth the money

Stayed at The Four Seasons hotel one night in February. Service was absolutely faultless in all aspects, efficient, quick, friendly...
The food was of great quality, well prepared and well served
The rooms are extremely well appointed with all the facilities one could expect. However they have an 'office space feel' There is not doubt the rooms have been done with the business traveller in mind and for me it did not work that well.

Room large and comfortable, no noise coming from other rooms in spite of the hotel being really busy. Extra touch with in-mirror TV in the bathroom... something to talk about when back home! Breakfast quality outstanding. Perfect location
