“Far and away a favorite”
Reviewed 30 April 2012

This is a little of this and a little of that (or maybe a lot of each) but well worth the visit. The scupture gallery is a must as is a visit to the cafe. Make sure you go to the resttoom and check out the tiles. Everything is first class and free (except a special exhibit now and then.)

“Depending on the weather...”

For me, it wasn't one of the MUST-DO's, so I checked in and looked at the exposition. I beleive this is more focused for the preciousist people who really like to look into the fine details.

“Wonderful”
Reviewed 30 April 2012

This was a wonderful experience. We visited twice on consecutive days and did not manage to see all we wanted to. We had not visited the V and A on previous visits to London, and are very pleased that we managed to this time. There is something here for everyone. We were particularly delighted with the mediaeval section, the sculptures, the silverware and the jewellery. We also visited the Cecil Beaton exhibition (this could have been better exhibited given the crowds. It needed more space). The dining areas/ cafeteria arrangements were wonderful. The food etc. of a very high quality, and the atmosphere delightful. Altogether an experience not to be missed.
