There are many metro lines covering most of London's surface. There are many connection points so you can find the necessary combination. For a city breack I recommend buying a valid 3 day card. At them, you need to use it both at the entrance and at the exit. Trains run very well and often

Beware, London Underground has 9 zones, 16 lines and several levels. After you get acquinted with all of this it is surprisingly fast to get from point a to point b. Used Oyster card for money saving.

We took the underground all over town and never had a problem. Trains are frequent and the maps and signage are easy to follow.

We used the underground to get about much easier with my daughter's Google app. The underground trains were very clean and staff were very helpful when asked any questions.

The easiest way to get around London, very easy to go around a lot of maps and people to explain to you where to go, watch out for the rush hours
