Perfect location, very nice rooms (stayed one night in a superior room), nice staff, excellent bar with excellent staff!. I can really recommend this hotel to any type of traveller - busniess, pleasure even familys.

I have stayed at many hotels in London and if you, like me, can get somewhat annoyed when standing on the 8th floor waiting for the elevator during check-out hour you are going to love the fact that this hotel got eight elevators. Yes, I tiny detail - but you got to love that!

One of the best things about this hotel is the Location. Walking distance to most attractions, has an Underground close by. Hotel has a huge foyer which would give the impression that the rooms are also huge but not so, they are actually smaller than standard hotel rooms. There are 'inner' and 'outer' rooms in this hotel. The inner rooms have windows which are internal, looking down onto the Foyer. This is where we had a room, i found it strange not being able to look outside! The room itself was as i said small but cosy and clean. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice but expensive!!! There was a jazz session on one evening which was brilliant:) So, overall, the hotel is perfectly located, cosy rooms, great breakfast but was expensive.

Room Tip: ask for outer room!

I've stayed at this hotel several times and you can't beat the location and the atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean and updated. You're a 5 minute walk from Big Ben and other London attractions and if you pay a bit extra, you can get a room with a great view. The prices are a bit heavy in the Brasserie but the ambiance of it makes it worth while. The bed was very comfortable and included a feather duvet and pillows. I will stay at this hotel again in London on my next trip. It's also a quick walk to Waterloo Station for easy access to the Tube and LHR.

My husband and I decided to spend an evening in London and had previously stayed at the River Park Plaza so we decided to try Westminster Bridge, we were not disappointed. Although our stay only amounted to one evening it was a lovely hotel although we did not pay the extra money for breakfast the next morning. There are plenty of cafe's within walking distance for breakfast at a fraction of the price.

Although the hotel stated check in was from 2pm, we arrived at 11am and our room was ready along with many other people's who had arrived at the same time. The reception staff were very friendly and check in only took approx 5 minutes.

The room was finished to a high standard. The double bed was comfortable along with the pillows. There was plenty of wardrobe space and a flat screen tv located on the wall. There were two controls by either side of the bed to active the lights with settings which included mood lighting or reading lighting.

One thing I would say was that our room which was located on the 11th floor only had an interior facing view so we were looking over the reception and were directly opposite other rooms so the curtain nets had to be pulled all the time which made the room very dark.
The walls in the rooms are of good quality and during the night you could not hear any noise from the neighboring rooms or people walking up and down in the corridor.

The bathroom has both a separate shower cubical and bath. It made a nice change to have a shower in a hotel with a good powerful water supply rather than the water just dripping out. There is also 'mood' lighting in the bathroom which would be nice to take advantage of if you were having a relaxing bath.

The location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay in Central London to see the sights. The Houses of Parliament is a stones throw away along with the tube and train networks. Perfect distance for the London Eye and attractions around the South Bank including the Imax cinema.

For one night NOT including breakfast we paid £226, which is very expensive for a room which we just slept in. I do not think we would stay again but that is only due to the price. I think for that amount of money breakfast should at least be included.

There is an express check out service which just requires dropping the room cards into a box prior to leaving.

We did not try the spa but I have a friend who has used the facility and stated it was amazing.

All in all a nice comfortable stay with a touch of class. Great location for anyone wishes to explore the city.

Room Tip: If you want a room with a view of London you will have to upgrade.
