A stunning converted Victorian building with open vaulted ceiling.
We were warmly greeted by the staff and everyone from the receptionist to the manager were delightful. The sommelier was really helpful in helping us select wines that really complemented the food.
All the courses were flavoursome and the ingredients of the highest quality as you would expect from a restaurant of this calibre, but the highlight for me was the Galvin signature starter Lasagne of Dorset Crab. This is really sublime and must be tried.
I would highly recommend La Chapelle for a special occasion or important business meeting – it really impresses!
